Reinforcement Training Package-Military Gender Advisors (RTP-MGA) Duration: 06 – 17 September 2026 (2 Week)

Joining Instruction:

Aim of the Course: To prepare potential Military Gender Advisers (MGA) for the component commanders with the required knowledge of Gender Perspective into the works of UNPO.

Objectives of the Course. The objective of the course is to:

a. Develop behavioral and social skills specific to the roles and responsibilities of a
Military Gender Advisor (MGA).
b. Build the skills, motivation, and appropriate attitudes required to effectively perform
the roles of an MGA and Military Gender Focal Point (MGFP).
c. Become agents of change in promoting gender equality and advancing the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Agenda.
d. Contribute actively to the protection and inclusion of sexual and gender minorities.
