Course Information

Aim of the Course. To familiarize participants with CPOC concept and mechanism for
mandate implementation.
Objectives of the Course.
a. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the concept of POC in Peace
Operations (PO).
b. Explain the legal and normative frameworks that support the CPOC.
c. Discuss different modalities adopted for CPOC in PO at strategic, operational and
tactical level.
d. Identify the need for a CPOC plan and implement the mandate.
